My first time attending this Barber Shop went incredibly well. Atmosphere was very welcoming, warm, and accommodating. My barber, named Soon, was very sweet and asked great questions to understand and personalize my experience. I purchased the 25 Year & would highly recommend the full service if you're considering it.
The person who styled my hair and waxed my eyebrows. Was pleasant to talk to about my heir and my vision and gave me recommendations on my look and her idea what would fit best. Also want thank the receptionist for she was also very kind.
Don't go to your local barbershop. Go a little up market here. The stylists are excellent, the bar is an added bonus. The vibe is excellent
Soon was wonderful and she gave me a superb shave. I definitely will be going back to see her in the future. I have to admit, despite all the advertising photos and pictures on the website, there actually was no scotch. Kind of misleading in my opinion, though not enough of a reason not to return. The service provided by Soon, and the friendliness of the admin staff more than offset the scotch I was looking forward to, but which was hardly necessary.
While they no longer offer scotch, they do offer beer, wine, and canned cocktails. I ordered a draft beer but bottomed out half way through the pour so received another canned beer. The service was spot on -- I got exactly what I expected -- nice job.
I followed Rosa from one of her previous Salon’s. She helped fix my hair after a bad cut somewhere else. No one else I’d trust with getting my hair to look the best it can!
Marcos is the best! He pays extreme attention to detail. I moved out of Virginia. I am in Orange county California right now and I am struggling to find a barber with the same level of quality.
It was excellent. The greeting area was warm and welcoming. The haircut was excellent, although I will say -- I did not have the "15 Minute Consultation" for my 1st appointment. It's not a big deal, but it definitely didn't seem as though there was any different about a 1st appointment, as discussed on the website. I did sign up for an annual membership, so that should tell you what you need to know. NB: In Virginia, it should be called "Scissors & Suds": Virginia law outlaws serving hard liquor unless you get about 50% of your revenue from food, so I had a beer.
